1 can green chilies
taco seasoning
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
grated Colby Jack cheese (optional)
1 15oz stewed tomatoes
Brown meat, drain fat, add taco seasoning (add a tiny bit of water) and stir.
Add chilies, corn, tomatoes and beans, simmer together for 15 mins.
Top with cheese and serve.
This is the perfect soup for leftover taco meat from making tacos the night before.:)
