Chicken with Butter Sauce

4 - 6 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
Season both sides of Chicken with
Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning
Set aside.

In Large Skillet:
Heat oil
Add Chicken Breasts and cook through.
Remove chicken from the skillet.

In skillet, melt:
1 stick butter
carefully add 2 Tbl Lemon Juice and
2 tsp fresh chopped Thyme
Return Pan to heat.

Return the Chicken to the pan,
coating the chicken in the butter sauce as it cooks.

Serve Immediately, with any remaining
sauce.
