White Bean Soup

6 - 8 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
season with Montreal steak seasoning,
boil & cube or shred the chicken

Saute:
1 Lrg White Onion Diced
1/2 Stick Butter

Place above ingredients in Crock Pot.
Add the following:

DO NOT DRAIN:
1 can Diced green Chilies
3 cans White Corn
3 cans Great Northern Beans
2 tsp Cumen Powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste

When Beans are tender, add 3 cups Sour Cream.
After cream is melted and mixed in, it is ready to serve.
*REMEMBER - DO NOT LET SOUP BOIL*
*DO NOT ADD WATER*
