Cream together:
1 cup Shortening
3 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
Add:
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Allspice
2 tsp Vanilla
5 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Salt
28 oz can Pumpkin
Large bag Chocolate Chips
** Cookies are done when the inside is cake-like **

The picture is great! Wish I was there to help the boys eat them. They are pretty lucky to have such a good mom--that can cook to boot!!
