Boil 2 pkgs of rainbow rotini in large pan until "al dente"
Place cooked rotini in colander to cool
Add one each steamed zucchini and summer squash, sliced (leave them fairly crunchy)
(Note: other steamed veggies work good too)
1 lrg. can sliced black olives
3/4 c. sliced green olives
1 cup drained sliced artichokes (marinated in oil)
1 small yellow or purple onion chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (Dawn can omit)
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Seasoning
1 Bottle of Bernstein's Cheese Fantastico Dressing (14 oz)
Toss all above ingredients in Large Bowl. Cover and cool in frig for an hour or so...
(Note: if more liquid is needed add a little Italian Salad Dressing to the toss)
