Tortellini Con Colore

1 9oz package of refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini
1 1/2 cup fresh snow pea pods (thawed, frozen ones will work)
1 cup shoestring carrots
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar olive oil salad dressing
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Toss pasta, pea pods, carrots, dressing and cheese together in large bowl. Serves 3 or 4 people.
(Note: Sometimes for variation I add cooked shrimp, or a few chopped artichokes.)
