Place 6 oz semisweet chocolate ( chopped )
in a glass bowl, over simmering water, making
sure the water does not touch the bowl.
( Do Not use chocolate chips!! )
Once it is just melted, remove from heat, and let
cool to room temperature.
Beat 2 sticks of unsalted sweat cream butter
until fluffy.
Beat in 1 extra large egg yolk
Add 1 tsp Vanilla
Add 1 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar and
mix until creamy.
Dissolve 1 Tblsp instant coffee in 2 tsp of
HOT tap water. Add to the butter mixture.
Slowly add in the chocolate.
Use immediately.
