Chocolate Fudge Frosting

1 pound Powdered Sugar ( 1 box )
1/2 cup Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Sweet Cream Butter ( softened )
1/3 cup Boiling Water
1 tsp Vanilla
( for more of a milk chocolate flavor
add 1 more teaspoon of vanilla )

Add the boiling water slowly, until frosting reaches
spreading consistency. If it's still too thick, add a
Tablespoon of boiling water.

*Makes enough for a 9x13 cake.
It will cover a layered cake, if you use
something else for the filling.*
