This recipe will make enough for one
9 x 13 cake.
Bring 1/2 cup Heavy Cream to a boil
In a food processor, combine:
10 ounces Milk Chocolate, chopped
( do not use chocolate chips! )
1 Tblsp Corn Syrup
pinch of salt
Keep the processor going and
Slowly pour boiling Cream into the processor.
Add 1/2 cup sugar
Add ( one piece at a time )
1 stick Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
that has been cut up and chilled.
Transfer frosting to a bowl and let it come
to room temp. ( About an hour )
**Stirring it will help it thicken**
