While Pizza Dough (see bread maker Pizza dough recipe) is rising prepare ingredients for topping.
Cut up 1 or 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts into small strips and place in a bowl. Turn heat on under a skillet. Season chicken with garlic salt/onion salt, pepper and drizzle some EVOO over chicken. When skillet is nice and hot, add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes per side until done.
Next spread 1/2 jar of hot 505 sauce. (green chili enchilada sauce will do if you can't get 505) evenly over pizza dough when it has been rolled out as thin as you can get it and placed on greased pizza pan.
Next spread a layer of mozzerella, or cheddar or even mex. mix of grated cheese.
Top with: chicken, tomatoes, purple onion, black olives & garlic. Sprinkle another layer of thin of cheese on top of these ingredients. Add green chili on top of cheese.
Bake in hot oven 425 degrees intil browned and bubble. If you like your crust to be brown, you can smooth a tiny amount of EVOO onto the edges of the crust, but just barely, it may cause crust to burn. Bake for around 15 minutes...check after 11 minutes.
