Mac and Cheese

4 Cups Pasta ( any shape )
Cook util Al dente
Great for using up all those open boxes!

Meanwhile, combine in Saucepan:
1/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp Onion Powder
( Garlic Powder works too )
2 1/4 Cups Milk

Whisk until it becomes a heavy cream.
7-10 minutes
Remove from heat.

Add to Saucepan:
8 oz Prepared Cheese Product - Cubed
8 oz Shredded Cheddar or Jack Cheese
Salk and Pepper
Stir until cheese has melted

Combine Cheese Sauce and Drained Pasta.
You can either eat now, or put into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with Shredded Cheese & Bake @ 350
until the cheese bubbles. ( approx 20 min )

For a twist, add Green Chilies and, or
2/3 cup cooked, ground sausage.
