Pineapple Chicken

Preheat oven to 425


Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish
Salt and Pepper 4 - 6 Chicken Breasts
Place chicken in the baking dish. Set Aside.


In a medium saucepan, on medium heat,
whisk together the following; simmering
until it thickens. ( about 8 - 10 min ):
1 (20 oz ) Canned pineapple chunks - Juice Only!!!
*Set aside the pineapple*
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tblsp Cider Vinegar
1 Tblsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Tobasco Sauce


Quickly dissolve 1 tsp Cornstarch and
1 Tblsp Water.
Add to the Honey mixture and whisk until
encorporated.
Stir in the pineapple chunks.

Pour over the chicken, and bake 25 - 35 minutes,
or until chicken is done.
