Chicken Tetrazzini

2 Cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1 Can chicken broth
1Tbls Olive oil
1/4 cup milk
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Small chopped onion
1/4 cup Slivered almonds
2 Cans mushrooms drained
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
6oz Spagetti, cooked

In a Large skillet, sautee onions in oil with mushrooms and garlic. Add and brown chicken. Add to the chicken, broth, milk, almonds, and mushroon soup. Stir, then place in crockpot on low for 4-6 hours Cook Spagetti drain and pour chicken over pasta to serve.

  1. That sounds really good, and I especially like the fact that you can leave it in the crock pot for awhile...
