1/2 cup butter or margarine (soft)
1/2 cup shortening (soft but firm)
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups shifted powdered sugar
1/4 tsp blue cake coloring
Beat butter and shortening together, add vanilla, add coloring, slowly sift in powdered sugar. refrigerate then frost on cool cake.
