Lisa's Super Easy Enchilada Soup

2 cups water
2 cups chopped up broiled or baked chicken (without skin or bones)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen white corn kernals
1 can diced green chili
1 cup or more
1 red or green salsa (Pace's will do fine)
1 T taco or enchlida seasoning

Mix in large pot, warm slowly, not to burn. sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve with more cheese, avacados, more green chili and tortilla chips
